"I placed my order on February 20th and it's March 2nd. Still haven't received my order. Last I looked, it cleared the USPS facility in Dallas, and is now at one in Coppell, TX somewhere north of Dallas. I live due east of Dallas about 2 hours. I guess it will get here eventually. Long story, short...I'M NOT HAPPY!!!! You get what you pay for.
Additional comment: I understand shipping delays, but what I don't understand is when a Customer Service Representative says the reason my order was late shipping is because one of the items weren't in stock. "It's in stock now and we're shipping your order out today" was their exact words. When my order arrived, one item was missing...assuming the same one that caused the order to ship late to begin with. Misunderstanding or misrepresentation? My question is: Where is the rest of my order?
HELLO!!!!!! It's been SEVENTEEN days since I was told the rest of my order was shipped. Does anyone know the name of the CEO of this company. I want my money back NOW for the balance of my order. I'm getting on Facebook, Twitter and everywhere else this company posts and letting everyone know this company SUCKS. I've already got a letter written for the Better Business Bureau. When I press 2 to talk to someone, the phone hangs up. When I press 1 for the hours of opperation, I am told that all customer reps are busy. The 'online chat' is always 'offline'.

"This feels terrible- ordered from them- received order confirmation- and then they went underground- tried calling them atleast10-15 times- but no one ever picks up- left voice messages too- wrote to them on their website- still no response- it has been more than a month. Ideally I should have been charged only once they process the order for shipping- but the credit card was already charged the day i placed the order.. pathetic communication from their end- feels like a scam and no medications yet.. "The website did not work as it should, so I ended up ordering 3 items instead of the one I wanted. I called to try to correct the problem, left my number and name and never got a all back. I emailed 1800Frontline using the "Contact us" link and never got a reply. I posted a "Comment" and also never received acknowledgement. To top it off, I have not as yet received delivery of the one "6-pack of Comfortis 10.1 to 20 Lbs." that I wanted. I did learn from the website that only one order was processed and shipped, but 3 charges have still gone through on my credit card. At this point I cannot think of anyway in which I have been satisfied."

"My order was placed 02/29/12. Today is 03/16/12 and I have still not received my order. My order was not even marked as shipped on their website until 03/06/12; and that was after I left a message on their answering machine threatening to reverse the charges if they didn't call me back. They simply marked the order as shipped without shipping it!
I have left 3 messages on their customer service's answering machine because they NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE and I have yet to receive a call-back.
There appears to be a company rep on here telling people that they should use the live chat feature instead of calling.
First of all, the live chat ALWAYS says "offline" on it.
Second, it is absolutely detestable customer service to give your customers a telephone number and then never answer it. Let alone, tell them to leave a message and you will call them back; only to ignore their message!
I understand that back-orders happen. It is just a part of doing business in the real world. HOWEVER, REAL WORLD COMPANIES INFORM THEIR CUSTOMERS OF BACKORDERS! They don't accept a customers order AND TAKE THEIR MONEY only to completely ignore them! Reputable companies also DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT sell products they do not have; let alone charge a customer's credit card before shipping the product!
I called my bank, and they have reversed the charges and charged back 1800frontline. They got my money back within 1 day!
Their customer service is shawty at best and verges on the boarder of fraudulent. They will be lucky if they're in business for much longer.
TO EVERYONE OUT THERE WHO PLACED AN ORDER AND NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT, I SUGGEST YOU CALL YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY IMMEDIATELY AND DISPUTE THE CHARGES. JUST TELL THEM THAT THE COMPANY IS NOT ANSWERING THEIR TELEPHONE AND THEY NEVER SENT THE PRODUCT! THEY WILL REVERSE THE CHARGES FOR YOU AND REFUND YOUR MONEY!"

I have yet to receive my order, and have not heard ONE WORD from 1800FrontLine about the reason why I haven't received my shipment. I've attempted to contact their 24-hour a day, 7 day a week customer service line, but can't seem to ever get anyone live. I've called at several different times during the day, and the same results - leave your name, number and we'll get back to you (HA!). The site claims 4-6 business days for delivery, but there seems to be an awful lot of people experiencing the same issue. I was required to pick a star; otherwise, I wouldn't have given any rating. Truly awful customer service.

I have tried contacting them by making several calls and leaving messages, emailing them requesting shipping information and trying to speak to a live representative and they hang up on me.
