"The mask leaks where it connects to the hose. Also I use the narrow hose. When I ordered mask and hose I thought my order would by default what I had previously ordered. It’s the connection at the mask. Can you help me?

""I ordered a mask with a nasal pillow. The listed price and shipping costs were in USD, which is not indicated on the website. When I selected Canada, I expected the amount to be displayed in CAD. When I checked my Visa statement, I was charged $141 instead of the $100 listed on the site, plus an additional $28 in customs fees and taxes. So, in the end, the total cost was $170 instead of $100, because you did not provide the correct information on your website. Very disappointing. The only positive thing is that the mask and nasal pillow are perfect! It would be great if you could display both USD and CAD amounts on your website and specify the customs fees and taxes. This way, customers would not be surprised by additional charges.
