"Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. I had to order a replacement water chamber because I broke one of the hinges on the lid. The only issue I had was the water chamber sent had a round bottom for heating the water and the machine uses a rectangle bottom to heat the water. Everything fit into place, I just had to use lid from the new item sent with the old bottom from the broken water chamber. "
