Did not deliver on time.

"I ordered a new cord for my CPAP after forgetting mine in another city. It was to have arrived the day before I had to travel again. That day I was informed they would be shipping it the day after I left, although they had previously said had already been shipped. I got notified that it had been delivered more than a week after the original delivery date.

Hopefully it will actually be there when I get home in 10 days.
