"You guys were great and sent my mask promptly. My preference would be to avoid shipping with USPS as they screwed up delivery. The item was tracked on time to my home city on the west coast so I expected it the following day. When it didn't arrive I checked tracking for delays and saw it was mistakenly sent to New York and then New Jersey. Poor little mask collected a lot of mileage before returning to the west coast. But love my mask and your service. "
