"Ordered and O2 Sensor for my vehicle. Expedited shipping, package was late. When the package arrived (late), I opened it up and discovered I was sent an open/used and incorrect part. I contacted 1A via email with my grievance. I advised I wanted the part I ordered immediately. They advised they were looking into the incident. Later, I received an email stating my reorder was completed shipping would be in 1-3 days, and I would receive notification once shipped. I emailed back and advised I wanted a refund and I had procured the item from a local vendor due to being on a time crunch. I was later notified that I would have to pay to return the used/incorrect part, with shipping that was more than what I paid for expedited shipping. Long and short of it, this experience was terrible with 1A. However, this cannot be the end of the story, I called to resolve this. Raymond was on the other end of the phone. After waiting for him to review the information I provided (pictures and etc.) he came back and handled business and made everything right in the 1A world again. Raymond single-handedly salvaged this bitter experience and turned this negative into a positive. So I ultimately didn't get what I needed when I needed it, they did ultimately do right by me in the end. "

"Ordered a break kit for my 2013 Audi A4, did the front breaks just fine, had the back breaks broken down on one wheel and was going to put the new pads on when I noticed the anti vibration clips they sent looked nothing like the ones I pulled off, they were the wrong ones. Had no choice but to go to a local Audi dealer and get the correct clips as the ones I had pulled off were so rusted they cracked. When I complained and asked to be compensated for the locally sourced clips (which Audi charged $92.50 for) they just gave me the run around, saying there was no issue with the equipment they sent (even though I sent photos of the 2 clips side by side showing the difference). After complaining repeatedly they finally reimbursed me $22.07, will never do business with them again."

"Bought 2 parts for Dodge Ram 50. Total cost $96.19. Arrived promptly but neither one fit. Requested, received, and implemented return using 1A Auto's discounted "prepaid return label". Got refund of $31.37. Grumped and got a second refund of $34.05. Total refund supposed to be $96.19 less cost of discounted "prepaid return label". $96.19 less $31.37 less $34.05 = $30.77 - pretty high cost for UPS ground from Toccoa, GA. I will not use 1A Auto again."

"Bought many parts from them and when defective they do refund promptly but recently bought brake pads and were defective. Pad fell off metal backing and destroyed rotor. They won't cover the rotor per policy . Pads lasted a month "
"Poor quality parts with no QC at all. I ordered a window regulator for my car the components were garbage. The piece that holds the glass was upside down, the tension wires were not aligned with the rails and the mount holding the motor was way too big. They refunded me but I am out $140 for labor fees to my mechanic and they were not willing to help me out with this. They don’t even want their product back, they knew it was junk. "
"Took a try with them. Purchased rotors and 2 rear break calipers. September 25th put the parts on. First 1 caliper bad . 2 rotors are either not cut correctly or they were warped. After install heard a metal grinding sound. Long story short, put back 1 of the old calipers (wanted to replace in pairs) . Go get my old rotors put them back on. ( replaced them due to the bad cpaliper only reason). Once the old rotors were back no more noise. "
