"Thought buying cheap ignition coils from 1A auto was a good idea. While replacing parts found my #4 cylinder coil was bad so replaced all 8. Ran worse then before. Took it to a mechanic shop put it on computer...#4 was fixed BUT now #5 and #7 were down. Long story short. 2 bad brand new coils. I had the shop replace all 8 costing me 3 times as much for a quantity part but definitely worth it. At 1st 1A auto said I could return my $120 junk **** but only get $95 back then next day get a email saying no returns on electrical parts saying they are quality tested. What joke. Won't buy anything ever again. Should have listened to 2 mechanics from the beginning saying their parts are junk"
"Bought a part. Box was torn up upon arrival. Took the part out to inspect. Realized job was more than i wanted to do. Sent part back and they tell me it's not in new condition. Nothing was wrong with the part. Do not recommend this company "
"Parts worked great for about 4 weeks and then my fuel pump went bad.the pump was covered under warranty but I got screwed on labor.the fuel pump shorted out and a wire was melted luckily it didn't cause a fire or even explode.i will be more careful when purchasing electrical components from A1 auto and TRQ in the future.customer service was good and helpful but the hassle of paying for a job twice because of faulty parts is bull crap "

"I purchased a set a front and rear brake kits for my VW Passat, I installed the front pads & rotors and they fit and worked fine, my rear brakes looked good so I decided to save the parts and install at a later date, well that was a BIG mistake, I waited a lot more than 60 days to install. I decided to do the rear brakes today and after disassemble and cleaning parts I discovered they sold me the WRONG brake pads in the kit. I thought well I have bought a lot of parts from them over the years they should send me the correct pads. I called customer service and got bounced around till I got a supervisor who ran me in circles, he just kept repeating the 60 day return policy, I stated your web site guarantees parts to fit well the ones I received certainly wouldn't fit, I offered to return the incorrect parts at my expense if they would ship me the correct parts, no go, still stuck to the 60 day theme...I will never buy another part from A1Auto all over $45 set of brake pads,I was in the customer service business for 40 years and I would not want to lose a customer over a $45 part that was clearly A1's mistake. I use to tell all my buddies about A1 but now I will refrain and go elsewhere. Very poor customer relations!"
"Rear brakes and rotors for F150. The standard brakes, rotors, and hardware were BETTER quality than the premium "gold" items I purchased from a national retailer (AZ) for the fronts. Well worth the short wait and saved well over $100. I won't look elsewhere in the future. Thanks!"

"Needed a new fuel pump for my f150. After trying to find the right part I chatted into their call center to ensure that I was purchasing the correct part. They confirmed that the part I had selected was correct.
After purchasing and installing it everything seemed to be working great. After about 60 days the truck stopped working, when looking into the issue it appeared the part had failed. When contacting 1A auto about the part and asking for a replacement they said I had purchased and installed the wrong part and the return was not eligible for me.
I will not be using 1A auto again, it was a $70 lesson I will not make the mistake of doing again."

"I bought new struts from 1a auto inc in November, 2021 (5 months ago) for my wife's Honda Pilot. She only drives on regular roads and highways, and does not do any offroading or anything besides normal driving. She was driving on the highway on April 5th, 2022 when one of the struts broke in half. Luckily no one was hurt in the process. She had to get her vehicle towed to a local mechanic. They said they have never seen a new strut break like this in all there years as mechanics. The cost to replace the broken strut is around $500, not including a $150 tow bill, and rental car costs for my wife to get home and have a vehicle to drive. I asked 1a auto to do the right thing and only pay for the cost of replacing there broken strut, which they refused. Upon further investigation, I realized 1aauto.com has over 60 BBB complaints for defective auto parts that fall under normal driving conditions. 1aauto knowingly sells defective parts that fall, and could lead to potential injuries/fatalities."
