"Ordered a battery and a phone-computer connector kit. Price was unusually low. The two items shipped separately, the order status emails never made that clear. The package tracking links/numbers never worked. When the battery arrived it was just loose in the box, no packaging at all not even an antistatic bag. Fortunately it was fine -- It would have not surprised me at all if the battery had been dead due to a short. The connection kit arrived fine, drop shipped directly from their supplier.
In short be very very careful; the packaging for some items will likely be subpar, even worse than OEM though there is nothing on the site that indicates this. I had no cause to contact customer service and I'm glad -- I definitely got the feeling they cut corners."
"I ordered two cases and car chargers for my Samsung mobile phones and they came as described and were shipped in a timely manner.
The only issue I had during the process was trying to determine my shipping status. I couldn't get a shipment status either through their website link or from two emails I sent to them. I called customer service three days after my order was made and I spoke with a rep. who told me they had shipped and they emailed me the tracking numbers."
"Ordered charger. Merchandise received as ordered, packed OK, in good condition and working. Delivery was somewhat slow, but within reason. HOWEVER, within 24 hours after placing order, my credit card number was stolen and used to place numerous fraudulent internet orders! Probably not the company's fault, but a rogue employee. Company, however, apparently does not offer sufficient protection for sensitive information."
"I ordered a cell phone battery through them. I should've known something was wrong when their price was at least $30 less than other retailers. Anyway, I ordered the battery. Surprise. The battery was defective. It wouldn't charge even when left plugged in for a week.
I returned the battery via USPS and asked for a refund. Complete silence from them. I waited for two days and again asked them for a refund. Nothing.
I waited another week and sent them an email saying I was going to dispute the charge with my credit card company and file a complaint with BBB. Still no reply or refund.
I waited another week and sent them another email just so that I can show my credit card company and BBB that I had tried several times to resolve the dispute.
This time I got an email from the 'controller' of the company claiming they had not received my package. Bloody liars.
I wrote back with the USPS tracking number. After a couple of days they sent an email saying my return was being processed.
It took a few more days for them to refund my credit card. They were also supposed to refund me $5 for shipping the defective item back. Of course they never replied about that.
*Stay away* from this company. They sell defective items and make the refund process as slow and frustrating as possible hoping I'm sure that you will give up.

"I wish I had viewed this site before placing my order with this company. I recently ordered several items from 1800Mobiles.com and received three of the four items one week later. However, the fourth item, which was critical to completing my order, was not received with shipment. My credit card was charged on all four items immediately after placing the order. For the past three weeks I have sent repeated e-mails and faxes to the company inquiring about the missing item. No reply what so ever. Additionally working my way through a virtual maze in trying to determine the customer service phone number only ends in repeated disconnects and recordings. "

"Absolutely horrible service. First they sent me half of a phone. Then they sent me the wrong phone. Now I'm stuck in an indefinite "it'll be here tomorrow" backorder loop. About half of the time, they don't answer the phone. I have never received an e-mail answer. Both times I actually did get a package, my 2 day shipping took 5 days. When you actually do get customer service, you can't understand them, and they are not helpful at all. I wish I'd seen these ratings before i ordered from them. It's obvious that I won't order from them again. DO NOT BUY FROM 1-800-MOBILES!"
"Ordered LG phone case on Fri Jan 5, 2007 morning. Webpage showed "Availability: Usually ships the same business day.". Waited for 1 business day, but didn't receive any e-mail informing tracking number. Couldn't locate my order on http://www.cbsits.com/phone/1800_Tracking.php either. Sent e-mail to ****@**** on Tue Jan 9, 2007 morning asking for shipping tracking number. Waited for another business day, but still no e-mail replied. Called 1-800-MOBILES on Wed Jan 10, 2007 afternoon. Waited for more than 30 mins. Talked to customer support, and was told that it was back-order for at least 2 weeks. Disappointed why webpage incorrectly showed in-stock availability and why no e-mail informed back-order. Anyway, cancelled my order.
Update: Finally, got reply from ****@**** after 3 business days, telling me the item was discontinued, hence my order was cancelled. The person replying didn't even realize I called to cancel my order 2 days ago. Sighs!

"Extremely poor customer service to the point of being fraudulent. I ordered a Nokia headset. 800mobiles first mailed me only the charger. I had to call back to let them know that the headset was missing. They said its a UPS mistake. They then mailed a faulty headset with no manual or instructions whatsoever. Asked me to call up Nokia to get the instructions. Provided me with an outdated number to call Nokia. I tried all I could using instructions from Nokia's website - headset still did not work. They asked me to mail it back which I did. Then they said they cannot credit back, as the packaging used was not original packaging - which was wierd as I did use the original packaging. Lady on phone was stark rude accusing me of lying and hung up on me when I asked for the refund - very bad experience. They told me only option is to ask for a replacement from Nokia. A big "NO NO" would be my recomendation for this store."
"The cell phones came as ordered Oct 2005. Had rebates of $400 to mail in but had to send them in 180 to 210 days after purchase. I did as instructed and had the rebates and all paper work as instructed. It's now June 7th, 2006 no rebate check, customer service is non exisitant, rude, hard to contact and not willing to help at all (FRAUD) maybe.
The bottom line 1 800 Mobiles is the worst business I have ever done a transaction with. Stay away from them........"
"Purchased a Motorola RAZR and leather case through 1800MOBILE in January (2006). Received the wrong case. In efforts to return and get correct case I have spent numerous hours just trying to get them to find my order. I have sales receipt but they claim they can't find any record on their end although they have searched by name, address, zip code, phone number(s) etc. I'm especially nervous now because there is a $150 rebate associated with this order. You would have to read the string of emails to realize these people are completely disorganized and do not have a clue....and all this because of a wrong case. Unfortunately I know I will have to spend my time fighting for my rebate...If I had it to do over again I would go with another firm."
