"This is the second order I have placed with this company...Once again I am very pleased with the transaction placing it on Dec 6 and receive order item on Dec 8! The shipping was done by the USPO, in one of their flat rate boxes... This company also has its own product review section and encourages customers to write a review... For all of your SpringField Armory firearm needs, try this store! Merry Christmas everyone!! ADDED INFO: Unfortunately, because they have no contact information (address nor telephone number) we will no longer be able to order from them... This breaks one of our main tenet....The company has been notified of our decision..."

"Pros: Five year warranty. Cons: Coffin Product. DOA Other Thoughts: Purchase product directly from SIIG. The first one is still functioning. I purchase their item because it had a five year warranty, however, the company itself will not give a refund on a DOA item and the customer has to pay return shipping. Moreover, this information is NOT contained on their website. Rather disingenuous don't you think.. I will edit the RMA number, as I have to wait for a return call.."

"I am very pleased with Koolertek....Good website and easy checkout... The reason why I purchased from this company, was that they had the fans and the CPU coolers than I need at a very fair price... Of course, I shopped the competitors, but either they did not have my fans (New Egg) or the CPU Cooler or where priced to high... Very reasonable shipping prices, which came to 13.5% of the total order...Two fans and two CPU coolers with shipping under $12.oo...Many other etailers are at 20% of order for shipping. It was not necessary, however, the processing and shipping time was three days... Many thanks to Nathan "the natural" Clay and the guys at Koolertek... The only thing I did not care for was that they had no telephone listed...It almost killed the deal. Koolertek, is now my number source for cooling items! UPDATE: 2.27.10 I had an installation issue with the fan onto the heatsink...I contacted KoolerTek and received several emails advising on how the mod could be done. Thanks to Mr Clay and his staff, I was able to jury rig the fan onto the cooler as would have been done with a normal fan. The fan I purchased, had rubber mounts on each of the corners, so modding was needed to use them... Many thanks again, to the gang at KoolerTek, who really do care about their customers...It was a delightful experience!"

"Very friendly service, with shipping included in the price. Six days to receive item. Overall please with chair mat, however, the sides of this very hard co-poly did not have a very good finish. When placed on the carpet it was not possible to see those minor defects. Now I will no longer have to worry about my desk chair not moving. One year warranty and I am sure it is the last one I will need."

"I ordered a case and several small items from them... The case price was about 15% lower than Egg..I spoke with them and they were very helful and extremely polite! The shipping was slow, six days to receive the case and seven for the other package.. Not a major issue, this we are not on deadline... $29.oo bucks for shipping was a little high, considering that the case weight was only about ten pounds and the other item about a pound..."

"They sell everything under the sun...I ordered to small tool boxes from them and received in one week. Good, considering it was over the Thanksgiving! What I did not care for, was that the use of Google check out. I do not wish to open an account with Sir Google! I did call their 800 number and they pleasantly took the order..They are out of Omaha, Neb! The items were not cheap, however, I would order from them again... I did have the items that were ordered, follow me around the Internet, until I cleared the cookies! That was very annoying to say the least."

"I first placed an email requesting a physical address and a local telephone number. I received a respond within several hours. Had problems using their website as I try to place the order. Called direct and spoke with a very pleasant woman, who took the order. A week later I received the frames. Their price was the lowest on the Internet and their location was a day drive away, if needed. Hard to beat a Hart Schaffner Marx, titanium for $109.oo, which included shipping. Packaging was very good. Shipped via USPO. I am a little concern about the previous bad reviews. I hope this store has found ways to improve it customer service, since they have been operating a website for over ten years, along with over twenty years locally."

"I need another battery for my cell phone...My previous vendor, 1800Mobiles, had too low of a score hear at RR and the other, Wireless Emporium simply charged too much money for the product. I did a Google and found several other suppliers, including Soundgear.. I placed the order and three days later, received my OEM battery! They also have a box, in which you can leave a message to the vendor. I generally tell them that I am a member of RR and will be doing a review of them. I would consider doing business with them again.."

"I took a shot in the dark with this company. One main reason why I placed this order, was because all the American flag the they had in stock were made in the good old USA! That was extremely important to me. Moreover, they stocked several types of American flag that many other etailers did not carry. Their website was easy to use and shipping was included in the price of the product.. They indicated shipping time from 5 to 10 days, which matter not to me. I received the order after about seven days. I was rather surprised because there was only two items, wherein, three were ordered. I thought it may have been out of stock so I waited for a week. I then called Flagstuff and inform them that I had not received one of the flags. The man on the telephone was very pleasant and professional. He apologized for the error and said the item would be shipped that day. Four days later I receive the item. The two of the items were in a card board box. Despite the mistake in shipping, I would order again from this company. All of the flags meet or exceeded my expectations. Good quality products, IHMO. I placed a second order and it took nine business days to receive the item.. If you need your order quickly, pay for the faster deliver.."

"This is my second order with this company. The first order was for three different traffic cones. This company specializes in high quality traffic cones from 2" and up with a multitude of colors. I order from them because the five inch cones meet our needs, especially after field testing. The first order took four days. The second one only two days via UPS ground.. Shipping cost were very reasonable..I am overall pleased with this company and will do business with them again.. Prior to ordering, I did inform them that I was a member of Resellerratings and would file a report."

"Order the pop-up tent from this Memphis company and received it and several other items in two days. Received several items a week later. One problem was that I received side curtains rather than the screen sides that I had ordered. This was corrected three days later. I am very please with the over all service from the HutShop.com. I would, however, not order the "Pro Quality King Wight Bags" again because I had a bit of a problem with them, namely that one was not sewed and left a small hole. Another one the loop broke and a hole developed in another after I fill it with small rocks."

"We decided to try an alternative to cable and in the process selected Directv. The Good: Firstly, the picture quality is very good. Moreover, no more being ripped-off by your local city government for that franchise (monopoly)fee. The concern about satellite interference due to weather is only a minor problem. THE BAD: Service become a problem right from the start. For unknown reasons we had a problems with a very unprofessional service representative. She was so bad that one of the Directv supervisors had to complete the order. It took a month to have the service installed because someone at Directv continued to cancel the order. After the third attempt, it was determined that the original female representative had been the one who was canceling the install order. Shortly after the installation, I noticed the cables running from the front of the building to the back had not been buried. Again it took three calls to get someone out to put them underground. See the pictures of this in the forum. The cables from front to back of the house, was maybe 120 feet long and only about ten feet was buried. Later the dish came loose (thank you third world roofers) and we began to have reception problems. Because we were out of warranty period the service call was $70.oo. We made the repair ourselves. Unlike cable, it is only a matter of time before your dish will require to be serviced and if you own it you will pay to have it serviced. You would think that this Robert Murdock company would try and distinguish itself from cable by providing better service. Ha! Ha! Directv is every bit as bad as your local monopolizers. In fact, when our contract expires we will more than likely leave, Directv. Lastly, when calling their customer service line it not usually to wait ten to 15 minutes before you get a live operator. Who should buy this service? I would only recommend this product where cable is not available. I am extremely disappointed with their level of service. Lastly, they cannot even calculate the correct state sales tax !!"
