"I ordered the iPhone 5 extended battery case and have had it for about a month now. I was highly skeptical of any item like this, but I took a chance for 19.99 and I must say I am very impressed. It's fairly light weight and doesn't add an uncomfortable feel to the phone. The battery case will completely charge an iPhone from the 20% battery remaining warning you receive. The only draw back is that you can not plug in your headphones with the case on. Overall I give it an A+. I consider myself highly tech savoy and have worked in cell phones for many years"

"I bought a blue diamond ring from 1saleaday and thought it's a bargain. The shipping is ok, not fast but not overly slow. HOWEVER, upon opening the package, I saw that there are a few cracks/ scratches on 3 or 4 of the stones. They are in the middle so it's obvious (and supposedly diamonds won't be scratched easily?!). So I emailed the CS and was hoping they would resolve the problem promptly. The next day I was asked to email them a picture and I did right away. The pictures show the cracks/ scratches CLEARLY (If I can take a picture & show them the crack, that HAS to be REALLY OBVIOUS!)I even circled where the cracks are in 1 of the pictures. After they received my pictures, I waited for a few days and they finally replied my email today. BUT all they say is that the ring is not defective and I'm not qualified for a refund. Period. Seriously? 1 sentence?

All I wanted was an exchange or partial refund. This is a mother's day gift :( . And seriously, if a crack on a diamond is not considered defective then what is???

So I've filed a dispute on PayPal asking for partial refund after I got that response. I am a reasonable person and I did not ask for a full refund. But honestly, I'm very disappointed about their quality check (if there's any) and bad CS.

UPDATE:

After 2 days I filed the dispute on PayPal, they still didn't say anything on PayPal. Only this morning another CS Rep replied my email and offered a $5 refund or send the item back for a full refund. I think I may just take the $5 back because I am worried that they won't give me a full refund after I send the ring back! :(

UPDATE:

Got an email from a lady other than the CS later yesterday (she said she saw my review here). She apologized and let me either return, have a partial refund or return for an exchange. At last I got my $10 back. She also told me they are retraining and hiring the CS. Not sure if that is true. But I'd hope that the watch that I ordered last week will have no problem. I'm still waiting for it to be shipped. Fingers crossed. And hopefully I don't have to deal with the lousy CS anymore...

"I had to open a case against 1 s ale a day because they took a month to ship my order. I was not really pleased with the quality of the product i ordered. they said it was luxury bedding and i have had better bedding in cheap motels."

"Items usually smell like they have sat in gasoline and shipping is slow. The customer service has been great though and I have not had a problem with exchange of a non working or messed up item. My gripe is always their contest. They either don't have the item and its all out of stock or the contest ends even when they don't give you an end time or tell you the first so many people get this or that
