"I am very dissapointed with this site. I used it a total of 3 times. The first 2 times I had no problems, however, this last experience has been nothing but hassle and issues. I ordered 2 televisions and 2 sound bars. I currently have received 2 sound bars and 1 telivision. I contacted customer service several times and keep getting the runaround and conflicting information. I was planning on buying a few more things from this site but I have no faith in this site anymore.update on my t.v order. I was told they would reship my t.v because of a shipping error. After waiting well over a month for the original order I finally received a package on June 17th, another sound bar and no t.v. I can not believe I now have 3 soundbars and still only 1 t.v. I just want the t.v I ordered why has this become so difficult."
"Got few items from them before but always something was wrong with the item but they did send another one. This time is the worst. They didnt even ship the item. 14 days after the purchase its not shipped yet so i contacted them..they said we have problem and add 2,3 days we are sorry. I said ok they do say shipping is 10-14 days...18 days later still processing...i contacted them again and they said we cant refund your money now if you want refuse the order when you get it. Im checking it again today and now its pending refund.
What a....never again not from them or their other sites.

Generally speaking, sometimes you get really cheap price, but just be careful about the "very very slow shipping"(actually it is slow handling time, not real shipping time) plus poor customer service.
It said 7-10 business days to ship out. In my experiences, many Caresse, it was shipped out in 10 to 15 business days. It would be 3 weeks(calendar days) when you receive your good.
For example, this time, I order a near $200 projector, it was not shipped out in 15 calendar days. Then I sent the complain, Customer service will reply your email in 3 business day then em phasing the small print "Orders usually ship within 7-10 business days. Under limited circumstances, up to 30 days. " .....
I would never buy high-price item from 1saleaday again.
For cheap-price-item, I would probably continue to buy, but would not spend any efforts to complain or request refund, just think it to trash."
"Purchased asus transformer pad site said 7 to 10 business days would be shipped. On the 10th day I emailed to verify shipment 3 days later got a response that it would be shipped within 10 business days.There response came back on 13th business day. Has now been 17 business days and nothing, they can only be contacted by email. Never again not worth saving a few bucks.
I was only reached out to once I posted this comment and after I cancelled payment on credit card. It's sad that it had to take that to get a response that delivery is gonna be several weeks late."

"I would never recommend anyone to buy from this company. It is a scam. I ordered a shower head over a month ago and have yet to receive it. Customer Service has not responded to my emails and the number is useless because they won't answer any of your questions. My shower head has been sitting in the post office since the 11th and they say, 1SaleaDay has to do something so that I can get my item. Still no response.Save your money.
