"I ordered the "Colonial Home 8-Piece Bed-in-a-Bag" item because it was extremely cheap. What surprised me the most was the delivery time. I had expected it would take 2 to 3 weeks but it was delivered in about a weeks time which was good.
The product was packed properly and arrived with no damage. However the quality of the product was not the best. I guess it goes to say that things photograph better than they actually are because in picture the bed set looked more bright and rich than it actually was. Overall I was satisfied with the product and the service provided by 1 Sale a Day.

"I ordered a Relic by Fossil necklace through 1 Sale A Day in March. I had previously gotten free items through their site but this was the first time I purchased through them. It was only $7 and shipping was free. Considering how cheap it was monetarily, I was expecting to wait forever for something small and plastic, but it arrived earlier than the projected delivery date and it was a really lovely piece. I will definitely purchase through them again."

"I ordered my wife a laptop computer that I wanted to give her for Mother's day on 5/7/13 and to this date (5/20/13) I have not received the laptop. I sent customer service an email to find out why it had not shipped and just received an email on 5/17/13 (10 days later) explaining that their "orders are generally shipped within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). They further explained that I will be notified by email once my order is processed and shipped. 13 days later I'm still waiting for them to ship me my order. It certainly didn't take them long to process my payment! I still don't know if/when I will receive my wife's mother's day present. Very disappointed to say the least."

"Let me begin by saying that I have never written a bad review for a company before but this was the one that broke the camel’s back. I ordered a six pack of 10 foot; HDMI cables on 29 January, I received an email on 31 January saying that they shipped. I used the tracking number to look up my shipment and it stated that a shipping label had been created but had not shipped yet. I waited one month and then contacted the customer support department on 28 February. I sent an email stating that it has been a month and my order had not shipped and to please let me know when it would ship. They responded with a generic email saying they were sorry for the inconvenience and were working to rectify the situation. I waited another month and still had not received my order. On 9 April I emailed them again asking where my order was and how they were working to fulfill my order. They responded on 10 April with due to the overwhelming response to their special deals their warehouse was experiencing an unusually high volume of orders and that they were making every possible effort to ensure that packages are shipped out in a timely manner, there may be delays in filling some of the orders. They appreciate my patience and understanding as they attempted to fulfill my order in an expedited manner. They apologized for any inconvenience this might have caused and looked forward to filling my future orders in a timely manner. So again after being told that my order would ship, I waited again. I was getting ready to move across country so I again contacted the company on 22 April and informed them that I had waited over two months for this order. And asked when I could expect to receive my order. I was moving on the 30th of April. If the order would not ship by then it should be sent to my new address. And that I would really appreciate some details on when to expect my order. On 23 April I received an email back stating that they would check with their shipping department and I should check back in 24-48 hours. So I waited 2 days and sent another email saying that I had waited the requested 48 hours and would like an update on my order. They responded on 26 April saying that the order was pending and as soon as they could receive a response they would contact me. I responded with another email stating that I was moving and needed to change the address on the order. They replied that they could not change the address because of fraud and insurance reasons. Understandable but it should have never come to this point if they would have shipped the order in a timely manner. Being in the middle of my move I didn’t respond then on 9 May I received an email saying the item was no longer in stock. My order would be refunded in full and to allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect against my account. So being very angered at waiting 3 months to be told that they aren’t in stock and having received an advertisement on my email from this company on 6 may selling the same HDMI cables; I responded that it was kind of odd that they are now out of stock when I received an email on 6 may advertising a 6 pack of HDMI cables for 92% off. I attached a picture of the advertisement and explained how I was very upset with their customer service especially advertising the same product I purchase 3 days before sending me an email saying that the product is out of stock. They responded with a lame email about apologizing and offering a 4 dollar credit for my inconvenience. On the same day that I received the apology email (19 May), I receive another email advertisement with the same HDMI cables for sale. These same cables could have easily been sent to me to fulfill my order but they would rather give me the run around. So one last time I sent them an email asking why I would want a store credit with a company that is likely to give me a run around again if I placed another order. Also it appears that you have lied to me and sent another photo of the advertisement that they had sent to me. Amazing how they were out of stock!!! I never want to deal with this company again. I did receive my money back on 19 May, three and a half months after I placed my order."

"I am beyond disappointed with the customer service at 1saleaday.com. I have written 2 emails and sent 1 message on their facebook account concerning my issue and still no reply. My mum purchased a desktop computer as a gift for me. It was advertised as having and HDMI slot, which it did not. Which was fine, since I ordered a DVI converter. When I go to (finally!) turn on my computer, the computer doesn't even work! So right away I contact 1saleaday.com to notify them of the issue. and I have since not heard back. I have been a huge fan for a long time of their site and have had very minimal issues with it, but after today I shall never order from this site again!!! Great prices, but I guess that's what you need when there is no customer service.

*** UPDATE****
I received an email from their customer service after I messaged them on Facebook and posted a review on resellerratings.com. Their response was that they never received any emails from me, after I clearly stated that I sent two in. I definitely recommend that they check their website Contact Us portion if they are not receiving claims. After getting in contact with customer service, I was able to explain the situation and receive a refund. Once in contact they were very nice and efficient in resolving this matter. I would probably buy from 1saleaday.com again, but mostly just small items and not electronic. I would also recommend to others, you have to try every way to get in contact with customer service.I tried 3 different review websites, emails to customer service, and even wrote to their facebook site.

"not good so far item ordered on May 1 not routing # nor proper response to my inquiry So here it is the 28th of May still no tablet I to 1 Sale a Day I didn't want it since the broke their policy of 5 to 10 business day shipping. They ignored my emails
refused not to ship, Then shipped the 22 of May with expected
June 1 delivery. I don't usually write comments but the is the
worst customer service I have every received. There are other sites that offer deals buyer beware. Fool me once but again on this website.

"5 Stars. Given the thin profit margin you wouldn't expect a company like 1SaleaDay to have much in the way of customer service. But you'd be wrong. Working with Debra to process a more difficult than usual return was a pleasure. A real person assigned to my case and she was based in the USA. When things got thick she even CALLED ME :) When does that ever happen anymore? Debra sorted things out and processed the case with a smile :)))"
