If you are going to buy something on onesaleaday, you need to know that there is no guarantee for your order. Onesaleaday does not have a costumer service.
Writing about my experience, I have placed an order for car bluetooth set. I got a confirmation email saying that, my order will be shipped on particular date and I will get the tracking number in the email. I did not get the email. I have waited for 5 days, found some costumer number in the internet. Tried to contact them, I heard a strange voicemail saying.. "There is no one to answer the call". I tried too many times the next day. A lady answered the call and she took the details of my order. At the end she said onesaleaday does not deal with any body on the phone, so send an email. I told her that I have already emailed the costumer care but I did not get response. She straight away told me that, she cant help me and wait for the email. After 3 days I got the email saying the same thing "You will receive an email when the order is shippe" (What the heck.. Its 1 week past the shipping date and I get the same email!!!". They are so tricky in their FAQ's that they cannot cancel the order. At the end I did not have my money back and also I dont know where the order is. So guys, this is the worst online shopping website."

It took a couple of emails but customer service was able to have the correct item re-shipped. "I ordered 5 Logitech wireless mice for $7 each on Nov. 27th, 2012. They sent me an email saying they had been shipped on Dec. 16th, they didn't arrive for another week or two. I didn't use them right away, but over the next 6 months each of the mice failed in very short order and the last 2 never worked at all. They have a 21 day RMA policy from time of order. By the time I'd actually received the rodents that period had passed. All the mice had a ink cross out on the PID, I guess they had failed some sort of quality control inspection and were judged defective, but this company resold them anyway. I completely wasted $35, plus not inconsiderable frustration, so I rated their price as high, since I essentially got nothing for my money. I would recommend staying as far away from this company as possible. "
