And when I received the order, I was shocked and disappointed to know that the product was defective (the keyboard had some missing keys) and in addition realized that the laptop was Refurbished; but the product was mentioned as 'New' on the product description page.
I contacted the customer care, and they were helpful to some extent. But that was not enough."
