"I purchased a Hammerhead RC helicopter. The product arrived damaged. On the remote control, there's suppose to be a plastic piece that sticks out. The shipping container didn't appear to be damaged. I tried to call 1SaleADay several times for a replacement. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes, I get a click, and the system hangs up. Then, I tried emailing their support. No response after a week."

"they sold me a defective tablet. Took over 2 weeks to let me know to contact the manufacturer. Then after showing them there own policy they say they can refund my money if i just ship it back at my own expense? Note i already paid for the defective tablet to be shipped to me but i have to pay to ship it back as well? That makes no sense maybe if i just wated a refund but the fact is they sold me a defective tablet. I will never buy from these people again and i will have to try paypal and visa to get my money back. They should not be in buisness selling fraudelent items that are defective. "A lot of good deals. I ordered a total of 5 items already. I only experienced problem with 1 item, i.e. a 1ct diamond earrings. They said that they are having problem with their warehouse that is why they were not able to deliver it. But the thing is, they were still offering the same item in their flash items as well as in their regular deal items. On the light note however, when I asked for cancellation of my order, they promptly cancelled the item that I ordered and returned my money.
Will I order from them again? I guess yes, but maybe for the items that are less than $100 dollars worth."
"I have ordered from 1saleaday many times and it's the samething EVERY time! They take the money and then you don't get your product for weeks. When yu email them they either don't answer or it takes forever to hear from them. My last order was on 11/17/2012 and it is now 11/29/2012 and it still says processing. They have had my money for 11 days to do whatever they please with and I have NOTHING to show for it!!! I did email them and did get an answer back this time which was less then helpful and basically told me to just wait. RUDE! Not to mention NO WHERE on their website is there a phone number to contact them. Should have been a red flag right there. The hassel is not worth saving a few $$$"
