"Ordered Christmas present on 11/27. Site says 'up to 7 days to process'. It has now been 11 business days (14 calendar days) and the item still has not shipped. No communication at all from 1saleaday.....and they do not allow orders to be canceled or returned. Now I'm stuck having to buy the item elsewhere to ensure that I have a present to give! Terrible store."

It is not worth the stress to order from a company with this bad of customer services. "They attract you with very good prices but too often have a problem delivering it in a reasonable time. It's as if they pre-sell items and then try to find the supply....or they are just terribly inefficient in shipping.

I recently bought some items and after the stated "items to be shipped within 7-10 business days", I sent them an email to check the status. They responded the "MOST" items are shipped 7-10 business days. What kind of customer service is that?

Save yourself the grief....buy somewhere else...you'll probably find comparable prices elsewhere (I have)."

"The company has great deals on many different items each day! Got 3 Re-certified 16GB Nook Tablets for $99.00 each, Re-certified Nook Tablets easily go for $150 elsewhere. I did have to contact support because one of the power wires were broken. I received an email within 2 days letting me know that they were going to send me a new part. Support is run via email and the sites says it takes about 2 to 3 days for a response.

Shipping is very slow and takes about 2 weeks to get a package. I would not call this a complaint because it is clearly stated on each product page. Just plan ahead when ordering

I have very happy with my orders from 1SaleADay and other others that I have made for the partner sites. (again all slow shipping) What I ordered is what I got and in great condition."

3.)Shipping takes just as long and they make a lot of mistakes
4.)Products are not always packaged properly for shipping and come damaged frequently
5.)Customer service interaction takes FOR-EVER
6.)Takes nearly 1 hour to get through to them on the phone: ***-***-****

I love deal sites, but the slow-boat ordering/shipping/customer service that 1 Sale a Day sports is just too much to make me want to do business with this company anymore. I held on the phone for over 30 minutes and was disconnected. I called back and it took another 20 minutes to get to someone on the line. They were somewhat helpful once I got to them, but they do not go the extra mile for their customers. We are just cash cows. They don't fully read return emails and ask you things they could have discovered on their own wasting 2 business days per correspondence. It reminds me of DMV or Airline customer service. Totally in the stone age.

"I have ordered several item from them and have been satisfied so far. Especially with the refirbished 16 Gig Nook Tablet I got from them for $99. From previous posts I was nervous about the condition this refirb would be in, but it came to me with a Factory refirb seal on it and everything looked brand new. It was delivered in 4 days. Awesome deal for $99 since it normally runs ~$239 new."
