I did not really want to buy a new receiver but the Yamaha receiver that I have is 20 years old and does not have HDMI inputs for the new TV.

I could have purchased item through E-Bay for $ 500 less, but these offers were not from an authorized reseller, were refurbished or used units. My unit was factory sealed and bubble-wrapped 5X around the original box and then reboxed yet again for shipping protection. "Revision- SO..I ordered a gas grill and did not know that it was a natural gas- not LP. I called them immediately. They seemed nice at first and said they would take it back if I packed it in the original box. So I did- imediately. They told me I would receive instructions how to return it by the end of the business day; I did not. I called the next morning.
After much discussion with the returns department, the General Manager called me and told me he would make it right. I agreed to his terms and sent it back.
