Spoke with Owen in sales and his only objective seemed to be that I was comfortable with the ordering process and any questions or concerns that I had would be answered. No high pressure sales talk, more like I was talking with a good friend who only had my best interests in mind.
After placing the order I was kept advised as to the status of the order and the estimated delivery date. The television came on the scheduled date and there were absolutely no problems at all.
Since making the purchase I have also been contacted by Calvin in the customer service department to make sure that everthing was good and if there was any problem at all to call and let him know.
I do not recieve this level of customer service when I deal face to face in the big box stores. The employees at 1 Stop Camera main concern seems to be that you are happy and satisfied with your purchase.
