Had a slight issue with the install because one of the connectors was a dual 4-pin--2 4-pin connectors connected side-by-side (looks like a single 8-pin; I didn't know that). Called Support. They answered very promptly and I was forwarded to a Tech who straightened me out and then stayed on the phone while I connected the power supply and verified that it worked. Very pleased."
