"Ordered a new motherboard from them as the one I had gave up the ghost on 11/18/12. Item did not ship [Fedex] until 11/21/12 - three whole days after ordering.. [I don't pay extra for expeditated shipping- Newegg usually ships same / next day.] Literally had to wait almost [10 full business days] two weeks for delivery from day it was ordered until I had it at my house.
That is bad.. and slow... very slow.
Next time, I will be ordering from Newegg.. the minimal price difference [shipping costs] for the same item not worth the extra time I had to wait for it to show up.

I had a good experience with my order. If I was in the market for more critical and more expensive components, judging by their website design, I would likely go through a retailer with a higher profile. (perhaps a little unfair, but honest)"

"This was an interesting experience. I'm away from home because of work, and needed to order 4 2GB sticks of RAM. I ordered it on a Thursday. They charged my credit card on Thursday, but didn't ship the order until the next Wednesday (as far as I can tell), and the memory arrived on Friday. Ordinarily, I would be upset about the delay, but in their defense, they had a credit card with a Tennessee bill-to address on memory being shipped to Ohio, so they called home to verify that the purchase was legit. Kudos for keeping an eye out for identity theft. When the RAM arrived, it wasn't 4 2GB sticks; it was 4 4GB sticks. I certainly got my money's worth, but it took 8 calendar days to get the wrong item delivered. I've had GREAT results with 1stChoice in the past, but this order hit some bumps along the way. I'll still order from them next time."
