I am incredibly disappointed with this vendor. Despite the bad reviews, I ordered a simple AMD processor thinking "How bad could their service be?" Well, it is bad, and I will not order from them ever again.
To summarize, I ordered an AMD 975 processor on 3/14/13 and their site indicated the item was in stock. Having received no update re status, I emailed their customer service for status around 3/20/13, but received no response. On 3/24/13 I reviewed their site and see that the AMD 975 is no longer in stock, and my order status still indicates my item has not shipped. With this type of service, I don't know how they stay in business.
Buyers, you have been warned about this site!!"

"I placed my order on 2/14 and paid 29.00 dollars to have it overnighted. I did not receive my order on Friday or on Monday. I received an email from 1st Choice giving me a possible delivery date of 2/21 (a week after I placed my order.) I responded to 1st Choice first by advising them I would now need to change the delivery location because of the delay and I asked them why I was paying 29 dollars for a service I did not receive. They reponded with an apology and refunded my 29 dollars. It is now 2/22 and I still have not received my order. I do appreciate the quick refund and apology. This alone will retain me as a future customer. It is my hope that any future orders run smoother."
