" This is a good company to buy from. I ordered a CPU+Motherboard combo for a good price from this company. The item shipped and arrived to me assembled well, but with the wrong CPU. I checked the receipt, and there was signature next to the line indicating which CPU was supposedly installed onto the motherboard, so this was obviously overlooked.
I filled out their form to exchange the CPU for the correct one and sent it back. They informed me they did not have the item I bought and offered to either wait for a new shipment or a trade-up. Choosing the trade-up, the new CPU was delivered priority mail. This company handled the mistake ably and quickly, and I remain satisfied with my experience."
