"This was my first of what is sure to be many from 2020pc. The items shipped the same day for free and I had them two days later. The quality of my order ( HP Server ) was first rate and they were a true bargain. I highly recommend them"

"I had ordered a computer and had the initial order canceled as they had increased the price and had not removed the item from their website with the outdated price. After I finally got the correct item# ordered, there was a problem with shipping as it appeared to be going to the wrong address so I called and informed them of the problem and got the tracking number sent to me again. As the package continually tried to be delivered to the wrong address, I had to call them up every day to inquire what needed to be done. From my first phone call, the staff did not appear to care and even attempted to blame me, even though all the information showed up correctly on the order. It turned out that they had sent me the wrong tracking number (twice) and I did talk to one lady the last day who truly did seem to care about customer service as opposed to all the previous people I had talked to earlier.
Update: I should say that when the product eventually did come, it was in good condition and just as described. Additionally, they had a low price on an relatively obscure item. Finally, I believe the helpful customer service agent's name was Megan.

"Do not buy from this company. 2020PC.com is a SHAM! I placed an order 3 weeks ago. I initially got an email from them (within 3 days) asking for more information regarding my order. I promptly contacted them and provided them with my business name and confirmed my address. I had since called back on 3 different occassions to ask for a tracking number on my order. The individual I spoke with sounded as if it were the same person each time I called their 800 line, and communication was a little difficult. I asked this person to call me the following day with more information to [provide me as to the status of when I would recieve my printer. He never called. The third time, I still gave the guy a shot and said "This is the first time I have placed an order through an online company and had this happen to me, so I am confused as to why I have not received my product..." He insisted that it was "leaving the New Jersey location the following day." I asked for a courtesy call with the tracking... Never got a call, nor a tracking number. Never got an email either.. Actually... I did just get an email 5 minutes ago (and 20 days after my initial order) with a "Incomplete order" email. Are you kidding me??? What a joke.. If you want to deal with a company that you can hardly underdstand, with zero customer service skills and no follow through ability, contact these idiots... I have just placed an order for the exact same machine with another online company that I certainly expect to have my purchase within 7 business days. "

"Tried to get a quote over the phone, but no phone info provided, so I had to do live chat. The live chat person wanted my email address. I do not give out my email info as it often creates spam when they could just tell me the price over the phone or live chat. They suggested I create a yahoo email address. They also said I'd have to pay via bank wire transfer?! I said that sounded iffy. They said that my not having am email address sounded iffy. This is just plain weird. Would recommend they work on their customer service skills and protocol about payments. "

"I just placed an order with 2020pc.com for a Marantz AV7005. The order was processed, the money was debited from my account immediately, but then deposited back to my account in the AM. I called them this morning to check on the status of the order and was told that they don't have any record of the purchase even though I have an email confirmation with the order number.
Sells people just gave me the run around and just hung up the phone. They advertised the lowest price for this item, but will no honor the purchase. They told me that I had to just go back to the website to reorder the item. When I did this, the item now displays a note saying "not available." This is a classic case of bait and switch and false advertisement. DO NOT do business with this company because they are not willing to honor their low advertised prices or work with you to resolve the order."
