"the most horrendous experience with this outfit. Placed and order for a professional monitor, waited a week and after a phone call was assured it will ship shortly from an East Coast warehouse. Nothing arrived and my order was gone from the website. Gone where? Chatted with their customer support - after 20 minutes was finally told it is NOT AVAILABLE - I send them a link that could still place an order for the item - again was told NOT AVAILABLE - and this is after waiting a week for it. Terrible care of customers must be the norm here.
regarding 2020pc reply about the "declined credit card bellow" -
Who are you kidding! If there is an issue in charging the card - let me know immediately and not after a week of stalling. This post was not about charging a card - it was about "NOT AVAILABLE" - I was never told that there was an issue with my CC by their customer service in all of this. And besides - the CC is fully functional. 2020pc - at least you could admit that you messed up! "

"Beware of this merchant! I received a defective laptop and within 2 days of receiving the item, which is well within their 15 day grace period, I initiated the refund/return request. I received two e-mails: The first e-mail was an attempt by 2020pc to negotiate an exchange. However, I decided that I didn't want to pursue that option; so I responded with a polite "thanks but no thanks." Then, the second e-mail states, "Sorry we do not refund for open box items." And in the second e-mail was a link that referred to the site root and a note that says please read our policy, which I did BEFORE I made the purchase. Nowhere in the policy that I read both on 7/10/2011 and 7/14/2011 is there any language that indicates that open items will not be accepted. Bottom line: as the old adage goes, "You get what you pay for." For the cheap prices at 2020pc.com, you will pay in the form quality and customer care. Very disappointed!!!"
"Horrible. I ordered a laptop yesterday because 2020pc seemed to have the best price for it. Wary of the unfamiliar vendor, I paid with PayPal. Everything seemed fine... for a few hours. Several hours later, I got another email from 2020pc saying, and I quote, "Your order is Incomplete. Please contact us." I immediately emailed them, but, due to the lateness of the hour, held off calling about the problem until this morning (the email was unanswered as of writing this). When I did call, it was a nightmare. I was greeted by a tired/bored/uninterested/stoned voice saying simply, "Customer Service." I explained the situation, got an answer of "it doesn't say what the problem is? I don't know", was asked for my order number after reporting that the email only says it's "incomplete" (if it told me what the problem was, why would I be calling?), and was then told "we don't have it". I muttered to myself why it was even listed if they didn't have it, but resisted straight-up asking this bloke - he sounded like he really wanted to get back to the minesweeper game I'm sure he was playing.
So, bottom line, I ordered a laptop from 2020pc that, it turned out, they never had in the first place. I was alerted of this through an ambiguous email, and when I called customer service, a completely clueless tool first bluntly told me he didn't know before actually asking for my order number, then just saying they didn't have it. Yeah, I'm not making that mistake again..."
"Ordered a projector from them and was shipped the wrong model number, thinking this would be easy to fix I called them and was informed by a very rude individual, that there was nothing they could or would do to help.
So not only am a I out the $700 but I also have a projector that I cannot use. These guys are rude, self-righteous and dishonest. "I placed an order for two HP tablets on Tuesday April 19th, and paid for 2 day FedEx delivery service. Sales rep assured me that they have product in stock and it will be delivered no later than Friday 22nd. I was going overseas on Monday 25th so I needed the product by the morning of that day at the latest.
Package didn't arrived by Friday, so I called to 2020pc on Saturday, around noon. Customer service rep told me that they closed on Saturday, and he can't help me with my question or tracking the package, even thought the message on answering machine says that they are open on Saturdays 10am to 4pm.
While I was gone, my neighbor received the package on Wednesday 27th, and he told me that shipping invoice was dated Monday 25th. So, not only that they shipped it five days after I ordered it, they also shipped it via FedEx ground, but still charged me for 2 day air shipping.
Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this seller."

"I ordered a product then received a confirmation by email. Over a day later I got a cancelation email from them, with a blanket statement about damage, none in stock, etc. and a phone number to call for customer service if I had questions. I certainly did have questions so I waited to 9am PST when they opened and called in. The person I talked to was generally rude and defensive and said that I would have to either reply by email or go online to their site in 10mins time and use live chat. I was honestly confused (or just amazed) and asked if I was understanding him correctly, that he “the on the phone, customer service representative, that was listed on the cancelation email I got, could in fact not help me” and that an email to customer service would produce a better result. He then proceeded to talk louder with some illogical argument about how “Live Chat” was there to help and would better help me than any customer service representative.
I did check in with live chat and was further put off. After about 15 mins of time and only about an answer per every three minutes or so, with short two or three word responses – like “no more” or “none in stock” I was just looking for some help and instead found cold, abrupt people with no desire to simply let me know if they would be getting more in, or if they had a new replacement model, etc. Simple direct questions.
I will not and would encourage you no to order from them – there are too many sites on the web that actually do have good service.

"First off, I never write reviews. Not because I don’t want to, but because I’m a busy man. I'm only writing this so everybody could know what their customer service is like. I would never buy from them again, even if they do have the lowest price. There are only so many good reviews because the 98% of the time things go right you don't need to contact them. Do yourself a favor and pay an extra 20 bucks for a better seller.
If you contact them you will quickly realize the guys that run this are lying scumbags. They will yell at you, accuse you of things, and argue with you.
I placed an order for 2 monitors on 1/20/2011. One came the next day, and the other I waited for a couple of days on the other one, before I decided to contact them. I thought it was normal, and might be shipping from a different warehouse.
I called on 1/25/2011 and I asked for the tracking number and he gave it to me, I looked it up and it said "shipping information received". He said FedEx has your package call them. I argued that shipping information received only means that a label was created and not necessarily shipped. He said "no it's been shipped FedEx has your package."
I called again on 1/26/2011 hoping to speak to someone else. He told me it appears FedEx has lost you’re package we’ll ship out another one to you. All along I didn’t believe him because the tracking number still said “shipping information received” so he was clearly making this up.
I called again on 1/27/2011 to get a tracking number the replacement. They told me it hadn’t shipped yet. I told them it was very important I receive it by Feb 2nd so please ship it out ASAP and provide me with a tracking number.
I called again in the morning on 1/28/2011 for a tracking number again. I spoke to someone and he said “did you get an email confirmation?” I told him I did. He said “ok then, well respond to that email with your question.” I told him “it’s extremely urgent that I get a tracking number right away, I don’t want to wait an hour for someone to respond to an email. He said “that’s why; if we do this over the phone it’s going to take 20 minutes, email only 5 minutes.” I told him “I hope that you understand that I need a response right away, and if I don’t get one within the time you told me, I will have to cancel the order.”
I sent him an email asking for the tracking number, he did respond within five minutes but not with a tracking number. He sent me a screenshot of his computer on a screen with my information saying that my order was shipped, and that he was waiting for a tracking number from the warehouse.
I kindly responded thank you but I require a tracking number. Please send it to me as soon as you get it. The only reason someone would not give a tracking number is…. Guess what…. Because it hasn’t been shipped!!! We all know that a store can mark an item as shipped, but that doesn’t mean it has actually been shipped. I do it on eBay all the time, and send it the next day.
I called again at the end of the day. I told them, if you don’t have a tracking number for me I have to cancel the order. He provided me with the tracking number and this one said “shipping information received”. I told him, ok I see that the shipping information was received by fedex, is this leaving your warehouse today? He started rambling and yelling and cutting me off saying I was accusing him of lying, and I’m not even sure what went on from there. At the end he said “you know what, just fucken refuse delivery on Monday.” I said “I will, that’s all I needed to hear.”
