"I was very excited to purchase my twenty jeans, because I rarely shop and get new clothes. I was told by a friend and read on the site that the raw jeans shrink a considerable amount, so I ordered larger sizes than I usually wear. Once I got the jeans I followed all the washing instructions and air dried them and somehow they still shrunk. I do like the quality and the look of the jeans, but they are extremely tight. I don't understand what I could have done differently to avoid this from happening. I took every possible precaution and yet I still somehow got screwed. Unfortunately, I won't be buying any more jeans from here."

"I wasn't aware that they charged $5 per per of jeans when I returned 4 pairs. I also had to pay for my own return shipping. It basically cost me $26 to return 4 pairs of jeans. That's a ripoff. I couldn't even do an exhange. Had to repurchase and the new ones still don't fit well but I'm not paying another $15 to return them. Crappy policies all around. Never again 20jeans."
