"My only gripe is with the cut of the slim fit jeans. First, and perhaps it's my own misunderstanding, but I bought the slim fit style thinking they would be form fitting throughout the entire leg, and it seems to me they're slim fit down to the knee, and then they become straight rather than continuing to taper. Second, the waist is really low and/or the crotch is really high. I constantly have to "adjust" myself whenever the waistline is above my butt, which is where I want my jeans to sit."

"I had ordered 7 different skinny fit jeans from the site. Once the order was processed, it was shipped, but at the same time I was e-mailed by 20jeans saying that one of the pairs of jeans were not available in the size I wanted, and to reply with what I would like done. I simply said to check similar sizes, and if there is none available still, to refund the value of that pair. Shipment came perfectly, and a few days after that I received the credited refund back into my bank account. I like that 20jeans is professional, but not robotic, with their customer service. It's what makes them stand out! (And the low prices) :)"
"The jean fabric is super comfortable and fits well. The thing I don't like is that the denim is not sewn to the pocket liner so every time I pull my hand out of my pocket the denim comes out and is just weird. I've never had jeans do that, I may end up taking them to a tailor to sew the denim to the pocket liner because it's so annoying. "
