"The DVD came. We put our irreplaceable disc in it. It played for about five minutes then froze. We cannot get the disc out.

We are now corresponding with the manufacturer, who says it was a "defective model" and they will replace it . However, if it is a defective model, why is 220 electronics still selling it?

BTW--we felt packaging was inadequate--it was in the original box without any extra padding.."
