The customer service was nice to check if they had any BD540 still remaining in the stock, and offered free return or exchange for another player with discount as there were none left. In the end, customer service was very customer-oriented and I will definitely think about ordering from 220-electronics again. Maybe would contact them first to make sure they have a particular item in stock."
