"Prices and selection are great. My only complaint/suggestion is for a little bit more protection during shipping. The UHD player I purchased was placed in a shipping box with only a scant amount of bubble wrap on top to keep the box stable. There was no other protection or padding. The player doesn't look damaged and seems to be functioning like it should, but given the high cost of the player, I was expecting it to be better protected during shipping."
"I ordered online, and was a bit nervous. I worried the Blu ray player might take a while to come, but the price was the best on the web so I went for it. At checkout I was offered a code to Save 20%, but for some reason the site wouldn't recognize it. So I payed full price, but sent the sellers a note asking about the 20%. They emailed and called immediately to apologize and refunded 20% from my full price item that I'd bought. The dvd player arrived just a couple of days later. I was thoroughly impressed by their efficiency and promptness. A fabulous experience. I will definitely order from them again. So far the player is perfect too!"

Good selection too, though some are older units and they run out of stock (need to update their website with current stock). Units arrived quickly and in good, working condition.
