I've purchased from this website a region-free disc player, but the price was outrageously huge. I've pegged for a discount, a monthly payment or any offer to decrease the price. The shipping alone cost me $100. What's worse is that they sent me a message telling me "Why the item still in your cart? Have you found a better price? Give us your price and we may consider selling you the item at that price." That was the message and I did gave them my price, and it mentioned that they should reply to me within one day. I've waited a week, and got nothing till now. Why don't you talk to me? Why isn't there any customer service? Disappointed and sadly ended up purchasing the player from them, because I had no other choice. I needed a region-free player and they're the only company in the market that sells a 4K UHD region-free player. Thanks for nothing! You made pay +$400 for your product and it was the cheapest one you have. "

"Samsung BluRay player arrived 2 days ahead of scheduled delivery. Removed it from the box, connected it to my TV via HDMI cord, plugged in the power cord and followed the quick install instructions. Some time later it wanted me to update the devise software. I opted to do so using the memory stick/USP port update method. Again no problems.
Overall a good experience with 220-electronics.com.
