"This is the second Blu Ray player I've gotten thru 220 electionics. The players have worked without a hitch. Now with the newest player(s) that auto sense DVD region, it really now is as insert the disc and away you go. Region free players are not for everyone, but being able to play discs from other parts of the world is awesome. It's worth the price for that freedom and flexibility."

"The BR player I received at first had a menu with Asian characters, and did not appear to be switchable to a more familiar language. When I called for support, the phone was answered quickly, transferred to and picked up by the right person immediately, and after a couple of questions back and forth, I was told a replacement would be sent out with a return label for the first one. The replacement arrived just two days later, and it works fine."

"I ordered a DVD series on the internet not aware it was region 2 and would not work on our DVD player. After searching for a week or so, I found this company who offered a zone fee DVD player. The process was easy and we received the first order within 2 days. Unfortunately, the DVD player was defective and had to be returned. The process was simple and did not cost me a dime. I received the return label via email, sent an email letting them know I returned it and received an email that the replacement was on the way.
Received the replacement in two days, it is awesome. The quality is very good and the price is excellent. I was impressed by the customer service and quick responses. I would definitely order from 220-electronics.com again. Very positive experience."
