"I bought a replacement for a really cheap multi region bluray player I had that died. It cost me about $80 but was a no name brand.
I replaced it with a Panasonic model that ended up costing me nearly $400 in total that was much slower to operate and had a weird system to select ABC regions.
But this was after placing the order and my apartment number lost the last digit in their system somehow. Even though the correct address was identical and showing as the billing address.
Thankfully they saved a star rating by quickly fixing the problem by responding immediately to my email notifying them of the error. They were able to notify the courier who turned up on time. Though we are not off to the best start possible, I'm hoping that the long term quality and benefits of buying this product will make it worth while. And I would still recommend them to a friend looking for a similar product."
