"I received a dehumidifier not realizing it was not compatible in the USA even with an adaptor plug. It was what I wanted especially weight size and I am now spending 16.00 in shipping to return it. I was so excited until I was informed when I called that this was the case. Now I will have to wait and see how they process my return which is on it's way by UPS They received the dehumidifier back on Tues 11/9 and I still have not heard from them or seen a refund to my account. I felt like I was being patronized while trying to resolve this issue and as if I as a customer did not matter"
