"While the player I ordered was stellar, and the speed with which it was delivered was what I asked for, there are two issues which concern me. First is that when I wrote to them and asked for more information, they did not respond. Second, when I received the player, I discovered that it will not handle PAL DVDs; I rechecked the description page, and nowhere on it did it specify that it played only NTSC. There was generic boiler-plate stating that I might need a converter, but that was clearly aimed at someone who wanted to convert all output to PAL or to NTSC. The only way to determine the situation in advance was to download and carefully read the user manual, which I did not do. This is vital information that should have been called out on the description page, especially since the reseller doesn't refund, and exchanges only in case of a defective product. It's not defective, but I don't feel they gave me enough data to make an informed decision. I hope they correct this, and similar, pages in the future."
