Though they usually don't allow pickups, they were willing to let my company pick up our first order of 1 mug (to check on quality) as well as our second order of 100 mugs. For the first order Travis and for the second order Jordan walked me through the ordering process and answered all of my questions. Jordan was super accommodating, patient, and spoke clearly over the phone. Though the mug is more of an off-white than a true white, overall the product turned out great and I would definitely buy again. I love that they give the option to produce the mugs in America versus China and give plenty of discounts that offset the higher price to have it manufactured in America. Would recommend!"
