"Online order of 100 imprinted, 0.5 inch silicon wristbands in a red and black swirled pattern with imprinted text. Image on website clearly showed both colors swirled throughout the entire wristband. Product received was not close to a swirled pattern of the two colors. Looked more like a striped pattern. Complained to company several times requesting resolution with either a replacement run of a different color style or a refund. All my demands were denied with them claiming the products were not defective and produced to industry standards. Filed complaint with BBB and company still rejected my claim. Beware of this company!"

As we explained that swirl bands are made with combining two colors which are mixed together so the outcome will not be the same each time a new batch is made, hence the swirl pattern will not be the same as the one in the preview in our website. If you chose another swirl band with different colors the swirl pattern on that will be different than the one you got as well so we assure you the wristbands you did receive are definitely swirl bands. Please understand that we have done nothing wrong but produce your order according to normal industry standards but we still offered you a 10% discount as a token of courtesy because of your dissatisfaction and there is nothing more we can do.
