"TERRIBLE QUALITY & SERVICE. Don't order from these guys. First order was missing the inside message on the wristband and had to be processed in China due to equipment failure. Wristband edges were cut in a crude manner.
They re-did the order, shipped it to the wrong location, and the message is illegible unless you blow it up to 3x the size. You need a magnifying glass to see it.
They said the message is supposed to be secret and point to their website says inside messages are not visible. It does not say that. But if it did, why the heck would anyone pay for a secret message?
They are not interested in customer satisfaction. They are only interested in collecting money. This is on their website - but they do not mean it: "We value every customer, take pride in our work, and offer dependable customer service."
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Do not spend your money with them."

"Proof charge on completed artwork is a ripoff.
I can see if you have them do your artwork, or need changes etc. But when submitting complete artwork a proof charge of 10$, ON A 25$ ORDER is a complete ripoff.
