"We ordered koozies / can coolers as a favor for our engagement party and they misprinted our order! The back of the Koozie was supposed to have our wedding date " 6-20-20" however the printers printed their instructions to identify which line it was on the job. So what was printed was "4- 6.20.20"
In the proof a line break is identified to them as "Line 1-", "Line 2-" "Line 3- and "Line 4-" Then what the customer wants printed specified after the line identifier. So it was very clear when we received our order and reviewed the proof that it was their mistake. However, when we called them they put us through a lengthy case process where they asked us to take a photo of each cooler effected, and upload those into the case. We expressed how this was not good customer service and it seemed like they were drawing out this process when it was clearly their mistake. Then when we came back after proving that this was their error, they said that "4- 6.20.20" is how a date should be printed and that their is no error or defect... I asked to speak to a manager and was never passed along or helped. They just kept making us go in circles, in hopes that we would tire or give up. When I dug further and looked into their company their google and yelp reviews are horrible! I regret using this company! We also ordered neoprene coolers and the material was only partially neoprene. They felt more plastic than what was advertised. "

"I have placed multiple orders with this company over the last few years and every time there is an issue. This last order for some simple plastic keychains with our logo on them, simple enough right? NO. We paid for Rush shipping and Rush production thinking we would get our item in a few days like the website said, friday. Nope. When i reached out to a customer service agent a few days later because the online order details in my account showed "ON HOLD" , we had uploaded a .PNG file and they needed a vector file for print. Well, the .png was bigger than the entire keychain mind you but nonetheless I did that. Now our Rush production and rush shipping job was screwed because their ticket system took two days to tell us that but they didn't tell me that until i called their customer service department, which is in INDIA by the way, not the United States. I couldn't get a straight answer or a legible conversation started with ANYONE as I called multiple times. When I asked for a supervisor, twice on two different calls hours apart from one another, I couldn't get a supervisor because they didn't have one?!? WHAT??? Yeah so long story short, I requested a full refund 1 1/5 weeks after placing my original order and I am highly ****. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! You have been warned."
