"Couldn't do my design. Told me it had to much shading, so I took it off. Then they told me they couldn't do the graphics in background, so I took it off. Then they said they could only do it in one color and I told them I only wanted it in one color and even gave the example. I am not a graphics person and I did all the modifications for them on paintbrush in 15 minutes. So by the 4th modification they said they couldn't do it. TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME!! They got me down to the wire of when I needed product and I got a hold of a different company (AnyPromo) USA made and it was finalized to be made, with my original design in one day. 24hour wasted 2 weeks of my time. Would never recommend them to anyone. Horrible company."

"So,I havent picked up my custom koozies yet I have not seen them in person. But,I put my order in with Jordan on Tuesday night,I got my proof early that next day on Wednesday & by Thursday 6:30pm I got a call from Jordan that my koozies were ready for pick up. I wanted to pick up my order because I will be in the area and needed these by Friday. The proof looked good so I'll post again once I have actual 55 custom koozies in hand.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Initially, you had forgotten to add your email address to the artwork and requested that it be added to the art submitted. However, as the order was for one solid print color, and as the artwork had a shaded/grainy texture, it may not appear as seen on the digital file. Please be noted that in such cases we are obligated to inform the customer of the inconsistency that may occur between the provided artwork and the actual print outcome. The thin lining & details in some areas of the artwork may not come out as crisp as balloons are printed on a 2.5"x2.5" (max), hence minor details will not show up. You provided an artwork without the shaded region, however, the new artwork quality did not meet the specifications required and thus we requested a higher resolution artwork so we can proceed accordingly. We hope we were able to clarify. At the time, our representative also recommended that you opt for a digital proof to preview the mock-up of the art. Please note that per agreed terms, we cannot be held liable for delays due to artwork related matters as we have no control over the type or quality of artwork submitted to us. Since you had later mentioned a deadline, our representative duly informed that the Standard turn-around time chosen will not ensure your deadline; per terms standard time-frames are estimated only & do not guarantee any in-hands dates. The representative thus recommended that the order be upgraded after which you no longer wished to proceed with the order.
We have thus had a customer care representative reach out to get a confirmation on the cancellation. Please be noted that your order will be cancelled and fully refunded. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect on your balance. We apologize again for the inconvenience and we hope we were able to explain why these issues occurred.
