"I would have liked to have reordered the design I made and ordered last year, but there wasn't an option to do that. Then in trying to recreate it, anytime I edited my design, it deleted it and made me start all the way over. This took way longer than it should have, and in the end I ordered almost the same design (only the bands were a different color) and it cost $50 more for 100 less bands. "

Please note that per agreed terms, a repeat order (or "re-order") may not bear the exact product color, font size, or ink color as in the "original" order. The artwork size or the engraved level of a re-order may also not match the artwork size or the engraved level of the original order. This is due to each order having a new mold and screen each time and we do not keep molds or screens on hand. Repeat or re-orders also fall under the Color Matching section of the policy.
