"If I could give NO STARS I would - I ordered buttons and t-shirts from this company. The same EXACT graphic on both. The buttons came out fine, but the shirts have some major issues - for one, there is a mysterious white boarder all around the graphic, and in between the hair. Two, the placement/size is ALL WRONG. When I contacted them they said "Please note that it seems like you're comparing the proof with the actual product, kindly note that proof images you see on a computer screen are CGI (Computer Generated Images) and an actual product never be an exact replica of a CGI. And as a CGI the proof is always superior to an actual product.The proof is sent to you to give you an idea about how the finished product might look like and they should never be taken as a representation of the actual product." - ummm? WHY DID I PAY EXTRA FOR THE PROOF then? Isn't that the REASON you get a proof? But this is completely irrelevant because they PRINTED BUTTONS didn't have ANY white on them. Also, in the comments section of my order where I clearly state "Comments: Please ensure the picture is clear. Let me know if another size picture is needed for optimal clarity. Thank you!" - so you can see why I'm completely livid and I literally wrote a yelp review and just filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau, I'm going to make sure no one else gets taken by this company. They are completely wrong, if they didn't have the skill to do the job, then they should've stated that and I would've went elsewhere. OH and what's funny - when they send me their 'survey' for the products - the other items I received were listed, but mysteriously the t-shirts weren't on there, so I couldn't review them at all!!"
