No effort ever goes in to solving issues and the foreign customer service reps seem to enjoy putting clients on hold while they routinely return with no solutions and even more attitude. As a company owner myself, I would never allow an employee of mine to treat customers in the manner that they do nor would I routinely make guarantees that I had no intention of delivering.
