"I chose this site to order our wedding koozies from, because lets face it - they're definitely reasonable as far as price goes. It took countless times of starting over from scratch and attempting to place my order 3 different times to finally get it right. Even thought i was only printing on one side of a koozie, it kept defaulting to a design on both sides as soon as i would add it to my cart. I called customer service twice, and spoke with someone online once - all to no avail. IT FINALLY LET ME PLACE THE CORRECT ORDER. I assure you, this wasn't operator error.
I have no doubts that we will be satisfied with the products... but if this is a glitch, it needs to be fixed.

If you are considering doing koozies as favors... ABSOLUTELY DO NOT go through 24 hour wristbands. Yes, their prices are good. Yes, shipping is fast. Quality is poor and their customer service is ATROCIOUS.
We ordered 100 koozies for our wedding. I received them on monday. The design is printed crooked on EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM. So I called their "texas" number. My call was forwarded to an overseas call center.
I explained my issue and was not only treated lu me I was lying, but when I kept telling the rep on the line what my issue was (I kept having to repeat myself because his English was pretty broken) he audibly SIGHED and told me that he would create a ticket and someone would be in contact with me via email within 24 hours.
Fast forward to 3 a.m. I received an email asking for pictures of every koozie I have a problem with. So I lined them up all over my kitchen and sent them their requested photos.
Only to receive a reply telling me that "koozies are considered promotional items and that imperfections are to be expected"... and that "crooked printing falls within industry standards." They offered me a 5% refund.
I have called several times, attempted to speak with a supervisor every time, and asked every time to be transferred to someone in our country who speaks clear English. They refuse every time.
HUGE BUYER BEWARE. Please save yourself the trouble and do NOT do business with 24hourwristbands."
