"I placed an order for 100 tote bags on 07/18/2018, which had a 5 day production setup time and I paid $25.30 for 4 days shipping. So one would assume I should receive my order in around 9 business days or so. With non business days we were comfortable assuming around 2 weeks to get our order. We received and approved our proof inside 24 hours which made it seem things were off to a good start. We got a call a day or two after due to supply issues for the color we ordered but to make things simple we accepted them changing our color from gray to white for our logo to keep things moving as it should and not delay the process. 9 days after placing our order we get a call from them stating that if we want to keep our delivery day of 08/03/2018 we would have to pay an additional $23 for shipping. So some how they are not meeting the date their system provides when an order is placed and the customer is going to be charged additional money? At this point we are done being easy and refused to pay any additional money when we had already paid $25.30 for 4 day shipping and expressed our concerns with the whole experience with the customer service rep who called. He seemed to understand, reassured me that our experience is important and that they would move forward with delivering our order on 08/03/2018 at no additional cost to us. Exactly how any reputable company interested in continuing to grow a relationship with a large company that would have resulted in future orders of a larger scale had this first impression gone well. Unfortunately they decided to call me again yesterday on 07/30/2018 to now let me know that they will not be able to deliver our order on 08/03/2018 and that if we would like to keep our 08/07/2018 delivery date we would be required to pay $23. At this point I feel like I am on some bad reality tv showed and being pranked so I laughed at the guy and once again let him know we have already paid $25.30 for shipping and would not be paying any additional money for shipping. I am unable to comment on the quality of their product as it has not been seen yet, but I can tell you that if you have a deadline to meet, expect them to deliver on any spoken promises, or want to deal with anyone semi-capable of doing right by the customer then you need to go elsewhere for your order."

As per agreed terms, "Standard Production time – Our Standard Production time is typically 7 business days. Thus, note that timeframes for standard or ground services do not guarantee any deadlines. This has been disclaimed in our website as well as the agreed upon terms. Your order was placed on 7/18, after cut-off time thus a proof was sent on 7/19 and was approved on 7/20 (after cut-off time of 10 AM). Production only begins after proof approval. With your selected time-frame of standard production and ground shipping, the estimated delivery would be 8/9 approximately (since these timeframes are only estiamted). However, as you have stated that you have a specific deadline, we duly informed you that the shipping must be upgraded to Rush to ensure the deadline. Please understand that our representatives were only trying to help ensure that you receive your order accordingly. We humbly hope we were able to explain and we apologize for any inconvenience.

Although the customization and production for the 100 extra is FREE, there is a shipping/handling fee that adds to the overall total for the bands. This is also disclaimed on the very page where customers order the wristbands. The disclaimer states, "100 free wristbands are available to orders of 100 silicone wristbands or more. However, a handling fee of $15 (for ¼ inch, ½ inch, and ¾ inch wristbands) or $20 (for 1 inch, 1.5 inch, and 2 inch wristbands) will apply." Nonetheless, we apologize for the confusion. As this is your first order with us, we will be waiving the $15 on the 100 extra bands as a one-time courtesy and will be providing the 100 extra bands.
