"I am happy to receive Great Customer Service not once from Tony but twice in one day. The first experience is helping me order some more wristbands that I had ordered a few years ago. There were lots of questions that Tony had to answer before I could go along and placed the order.
The second time Tony helped by placing a ticket for me to receive a 10% Sitewide Discount that was being offered for today only. For some reason, it did not take. However, I am positive the ticket that was opened by Tony is going to be resolved with a credit being applied to my account very soon.
