I'm told the actual product could vary slightly from the proof. WHAT IS THE POINT OF A PROOF THEN? I don't even call this a variation to the proof. The proof is LEGIBLE.
Their solution? We will give you a $5 refund and 10% off your future order. There will be NO future orders. Its really sad this company cannot stand behind their product. Why would you even ship an order that looks like this? This was supposed to be burgandy/wine writing on a gray koozie. I receive a red/orange print that is illegible and off centered.
Do yourself a favor, if you are ordering koozies for an important event/day in your life - ORDER ELSEWHERE! I'll be shouting this across every social media platform there is!"

"I made an account as I placed my order. The order was pretty easy to place and I was satisfied with my ordering experience, but after I ordered I didn't receive a confirmation email. So I went back to the website and tried to log into my account with the email I used in my order, but there was no account found under that email OR any of the other emails I tried. When I messaged customer service online, they immediately told me to call the customer service line, which I didn't want to do. I wanted to chat online, because it was late and my family was asleep. But I still called and talked with a customer service rep, who was helpful but couldn't find my account under my phone number, my email, or my card info! My account was never set up and my order was completely gone. Not in the system at all. I will be watching my account very closely to make sure the order doesn't go through on my card and I won't be ordering with this website again."
