"I placed an order for "purple" wristbands. I received lavender or lilac wristbands. After placing a second order they assured me they would be "purple". To my disappointment they were not. I have a ticket number but have heard nothing more. I have tried to send emails and use their website chat line but have received no response. This is the last time I will order from this company. They agreed to refund 5% of the purchase price due to the wrong color. This is the worst customer service I have received."

Per agreed terms, shades may vary slightly between the digital image and the actual product. We have reviewed the images you have submitted and must respectfully decline you claim as the customized bands sent are the basic purple that we keep in stock and use to customize. Minor variations are acceptable within industry standards for promotional products & cannot be considered flawed or defective. Nonetheless, due to your dissatisfaction, we have offered you 5% refund. You have agreed upon the 5% refund which we attempted to provide. However, due to your credit card decline, we could not issue the 5% ($1.85) back to your card. We are willing to extend the amount to $5 store credit as a resolution.
