"Terrible Customer Service. Product was printed completely off center. They refuse to replace, reprint, or refund.
I placed a group order on May 10th for almost 400 custom popsockets. I received my proof a few days later but it was horribly pixelated. No one notified me that the image was subpar. So I contacted them and sent new images of higher quality. We got the image fixed and proof approved in about a week. The following day I received an email that the product was now out of stock. I called customer service and they told me it would take approximately 3-4 weeks to get them back in stock. So, me and the 75 people that ordered through me waited patiently. (I really don't like that they took an order for a product that they didn't have enough of.)
Mid-June I called to follow up and was informed they were back in stock. I asked for them to rush them complimentary because of the inconvenience and lack of communication with me. That was denied, they wanted me to pay an additional $40 for rush shipping. I said no, I wasn't paying them any more money. The following day I received an email saying they were out of stock. After calling and 1 more email I was told they were in stock and out of stock and then in stock. When I inquired why my order was still on hold, I was informed it was because they were waiting for me to pay the $40 for rushed shipping. I, again, explained I wasn't paying for it and to ship it however I had already paid for. They finally went into production.
10 days later (edited to include date of receipt June 28th, 2018) I received the popsockets. About 85% of them have been printed entirely off center, the graphic runs off the top or side of the popsocket. After contacting them and going through the process of submitting a claim ticket I was informed that their policy is: "The products we carry are intended purely as promotional items; therefore products that may have minor visual imperfections should not be considered as defective or flawed items. Due to the nature of the production process, slight variations and imperfections in the products are not considered flaws."
So basically you can drop over $1000 on something that is going to look really terrible and be worthless and they will offer to refund you $30! Horrible way to do business. Will NEVER order from them again and do everything I can to keep my friends or business affiliates from ordering them."

The proofing process is separate from the Production and Shipping timeline estimated by our website. If a proof is requested, Production Time and Shipping Time will not begin until the customer approves the proof and fully pay for the order. We sent you a proof on 5/10 which you disapproved due to the artwork appearing too pixelated. As you stated that you could provide a higher resolution image, we thus kept the order on hold & sent you a support ticket, that regularly sent outbound calls, requesting a higher resolution image. The requested usable artwork was provided on 5/15. We duly sent you the proof which was approved on 5/16. However, by the time the order was scheduled for production, we were out of stock on the items. (Note: A ticket was that sent outbound calls were also sent to notify you of the matter). Although at the time of your placing the order, the stock was sufficient, but due to high demand, and due to the time consumed on artworks and proofs, the stock had run out. We humbly apologize for it. You confirmed to wait for the items to be back in stock.
As for the print location varying from piece to piece, please note that as per agreed terms,
"The actual print location might be slightly adjusted to fit the actual printable area of the products. Please understand that we cannot guarantee the artwork will print on the exact same location from piece to piece of the same order. The printing location might be slightly shifted and thus different among the products of the same order. This is common in the industry and minor visual imperfections should not be considered as defective or flawed items."
Thus, please note that we do disclaim this in our terms and policies that these variations will exist and are under acceptable industrial standards. The items cannot thus be deemed defective. We deeply regret that you are not fully satisfied. Although non-defective items do not qualify for any refunds or remakes, we have offered a partial refund. We have furthermore, extended the refund amount and have had a customer care representative contact you regarding the matter. As you could not be reached, a voice message was left. Please feel free to get back to us to opt for the partial refund. Thank you.
