BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT USE!

"IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! This company is horrible. I placed an "expedited" order with "overnight" shipping. 3 days later I get my proof which has been incorrectly setup by the art department. I give them feedback. Second proof, STILL WRONG. I submit the art again and have to email a supervisor to get it right. Then, my product doesn't ship on time, and they ship it GROUND. After I paid a ridiculous amount for rush. So my order is scheduled to deliver after my event, making all of the collateral useless. I call 6 times, talk to a variety of reps, one of which told me their supervisors were "too busy" to talk to me. I finally get a really nice rep, Walter, who I think is really going to help me out. He arranges for a new order to be produced and shipped overnight. However, then he leaves and doesn't see it through. I get the shipping notification that the package has shipped ground and is set to still arrive after my event. I call back, Walter is nowhere to be found and the new reps (2 that I spoke to) WILL NOT help me. They refuse to call FedEx and correct the mistake. They are rude, just like the first reps and unhelpful. So, overall I have paid them a lot of money, wasted countless hours on the phone and 10 days after my "rush" order with "overnight" shipping, I have ZERO items to show for it. I would never ever ever recommend this company to anyone. "

We would like to first apologize humbly for the inconvenience you have faced regarding your order with us. You have placed an order with 2 items, napkins and coasters. We duly emailed you the proofs which you have approved. The napkins were produced on time, however, due to an unforeseeable error the order was shipped via ground. We have duly contacted FedEx from our end to inquire if the package could be expedited. As FedEx confirmed that they would be unable to expedite the package, as per your approval, we have fully remade another batch of napkins on 2/23 & shipped it out via Overnight Shipping to have it delivered by 2/24. However, as per FedEx's policies to deliver on weekdays only, the order was delivered on the very next business day which was 2/26, Monday. Both the sets of the napkins have been delivered to your doorstep. Due to your other item having artwork and deadline issues, we have cancelled the coasters as per your request. You have our sincerest apologies, Erin. We did try our best to rectify our initial issue by remaking an entire batch fully free of cost and sending it via overnight shipping at our own cost, which is greater than 1 day rush shipping, to get the order to you. We truly hope that you will still be able use the products. As a token of apology and goodwill, we would also like to offer you a courtesy refund on the order for the inconvenience. We have also had our service representatives contact you regarding the matter but were directed to your voice machine. We have duly left voice messages to notify you of this refund. Please call us at your earliest convenience to opt for it. Thank you.

Mobile interface was a little complicated to use, notvevery function worked correctly.

"For example, to edit the quantity of an order, I had to delete the entire order and start over. Another functionality that wasn't working was the scroll option for clip art choices. Because I couldn't scroll within the pop-up, I couldn't choose the option I wanted and I didn't have access to a desktop at the moment "

"We are a student organization at the University of North Carolina and we had a large order for an event. I got charged a little more than i was expecting and I contacted them using the online chat option and Jason talked me through out and managed to get us the price I was originally expecting! Horrible Quality Printing

"I ordered shot glasses for a wedding, and I got back the most horrendous quality of shot glasses. The ink from the screen printing was all over the place. The left side of all the glasses were all smudged an smeared. I had the bride and groom's names on there and some of the names were all smudged. The ink was also very spotty and uneven on some of the glasses. I complained about it, and was told that it is in their Terms and Agreements that they don't care about quality because it's all "part of the process". I would never let those shot glasses leave my business the way they looked. I will never order from them again, and I advise anyone that wants a nice quality print to stay away from this company altogether.

Edit: I have now been asked to change my review because they offered a 15% refund on my bad order. Well thanks, but that’s not happening. I now have really horrible shot glasses for 15% less. It doesn’t make the quality any better. I would be completely satisfied if you either gave me a 100% refund or redid all the shotglasses to replace these piece of cr@p that I now have in my possession. And even if you did that, I’d still not change my review because I had to jump through hoops to make you do the right thing.
