"Terrible customer service and product. Ordered 2 1/2 inch wristbands. One in a green camo color with debossed ink. Received the wristband and the band is mostly black and it's difficult to read the wording. It looked very different from the proof I approved. I contacted customer service, sent them 2 pictures, and they told me that their terms and agreements state that the colors may not be what you approved online. They also told me they could read the printing fine. They would do nothing for me. I would have been happy with a replacement in a lighter color but nothing.
I've also ordered from them in the past and have had several wristbands just split on me when I'm trying to take them on or off and I have thin wrists.

"Beware! This company wants you to believe they will rush production and shipping - but if you're on a tight deadline - you should honestly look elsewhere. I placed a large order (over $1,500) after being ensured by customer service representatives Anthony and Matthew that it would arrive by my deadline. I called to check the status every day of that week, and was continuously told it would make it to me on time. THE DAY BEFORE my deadline I received a message to apologize that they would not make my deadline. They had full knowledge of my deadline for 7 days at that point. I feel the customer service at 24Hour Wristbands is completely unreliable. They really dropped the ball on my project and I am waiting for their response on when I can expect a full refund. Terrible experience!"

“Hello Customer,
We reached out to you on 1/9 via direct messaging inquiring your order number but have unfortunately not heard back from you. Please be noted that per agreed terms, All swirl type wristbands will give a random mix of colors that result from the colors that are selected. For example: Yellow and Blue swirl will have some Green mixed in the band. This effect can not be controlled and is not considered to be defective. Since camo had black in it which is a dominant color, the overall mix thus turned our darker than may be expected. For more contrasting bands, we recommend you opt for ink injected bands with a bright imprint color that will look striking on dark bands. We hope we were able to clarify.
